We understand that sometimes products do not meet expectations or may arrive damaged. At limoneocar.net, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning products, requesting refunds, and handling exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged items unless they are defective.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation to initiate the return or refund process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Perishable goods or items marked as non-returnable
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided. If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items that are not defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges, or offer a replacement at no additional cost.
- General Returns: For non-defective returns, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping fees (if applicable).
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
